We use 100% compostable materials in our packaging and mailers. That means you can compost them at home (YAY). More on that HERE
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipment on orders over 100usd are complimentary. We ship via USPS. Generally this takes about 3-5 business days.
We’ll send a tracking # via email as soon as your piece(s) ship out. You can see tracking updates HERE or in the confirmation email you receive from us.
Put the wrong address in or need to make any changes to your order? please email us at hi@thedawnstudio.com asap and we’ll try our best to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
RETURNS
WE TRY MAKE IT SIMPLE
One of our main goals is to make the intimate process of intimates shopping as smooth + supportive as possible.
GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS
+ all returned pieces must arrive at our studio within 30 days of you receiving your delivery (as confirmed by USPS tracking)
+ they must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
+ bottoms were tried on over your own
+ we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not meet these standards [we’re sure you understand why]
RETURN PROCESS
We are happy to provide a return shipping label — simply let us know HERE or via EMAIL (WEARETHEDAWNSTUDIO@GMAIL.COM). The cost of using this label [about 8 usd] is deducted from your final refund.
